Description
The raw material of Stainless Steel Precision Casting Parts is alloy 431. 431 is a martensitic stainless steel manufactured according to American ASTM standards, with good strength and toughness. It has good corrosion resistance to aqueous solutions of oxidizing acid, most organic acids and organic salts. It is usually suitable for manufacturing nitric acid, acetic acid production, light industry, textile and other industries. It is often used to manufacture shafts, piston rods, pumps and other parts with high requirements for strength, toughness and corrosion resistance.
Features
1. Alloy 431 is the most corrosion resistant in the martensite grade, so the corrosion resistance of these parts is also very good.
2. Due to its excellent tensile strength, torque strength and good toughness, alloy 431 is often used for structural components that need to be exposed to the marine environment, as well as aircraft fasteners and accessories.
3. The surface treatment of Stainless Steel Precision Casting Parts is neat, smooth, burr free, solid and reliable.
4. It has a wide range of applications, such as hardware, shipbuilding, petrochemical, machinery, medicine, food, power, energy, building decoration, nuclear power, aerospace, military and other industries.
