Description
The raw material of these Stainless Steel Investment Casting Parts is 17-4PH stainless steel. 17-4PH is a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel consisting of copper, niobium and columbium. The material has high strength, hardness and corrosion resistance. After heat treatment, the mechanical function of the product is more perfect, and the compressive strength can reach 1100-1300 Mpa (160-190 ksi). Due to its low carbon content, it has better machinability, corrosion resistance and weldability than martensitic stainless steels such as Cr13, 9Cr18 and 1Cr17Ni2. In most cases, it has the same corrosion resistance as 304 stainless steel.
Features
1. These Stainless Steel Investment Casting Parts have good corrosion resistance to atmosphere, dilute acid or salt, and the corrosion resistance is the same as 304 and 430.
2. They have good attenuation function, strong corrosion fatigue resistance and water drop resistance.
3. After heat treatment of 17-4PH, the mechanical function of the product is more perfect, and the compressive strength can be as high as 1100-1300 MPa.
