Stainless steel 316 has corrosion resistance better than 304 stainless steel and has good corrosion resistance in pulp and paper production. And the 316 stainless steel is also resistant to the erosion of the marine and corrosive industrial atmosphere. In intermittent use under 1600 degrees and in continuous use under 1700 degrees, the 316 stainless steel has good oxidation resistance. It is best not to use 316 stainless steel continuously at 800-1575 degrees, but it has good heat resistance for 316 stainless steel continuously outside this temperature range.

Premium Material Properties
Our Stainless Steel Lost Wax Casting utilizes high-grade alloys, including:
304/316 Stainless Steel: Excellent corrosion resistance for marine and chemical applications
17-4PH Precipitation-Hardening Steel: High strength-to-weight ratio for aerospace and defense
Duplex 2205: Superior stress corrosion cracking resistance for oil & gas
Advanced Technical Process
The Stainless Steel Lost Wax Casting method ensures:
Ultra-fine surface finish (Ra 1.6–3.2 μm as-cast)
Tight tolerances (±0.1mm per 25mm)
Complex geometries with thin walls (down to 0.5mm)
Minimal material waste compared to machining
Proven Application Success
Our castings are trusted in critical applications:
Medical: Surgical instruments, implantable devices (ASTM F138 compliant)
Food Processing: Sanitary valves, mixer blades (3-A and FDA certified)
Energy: Turbine blades, pump impellers (NACE MR0175 compliant)
Automotive: Turbocharger housings, fuel system components
